FileOpen Client 0973 Released (MAC)

We have released an updated FileOpen Plug-in for Adobe Acrobat and Reader for Mac, Build 0973. This new client implements support for the latest Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Specific improvements include:

  • Fixed Adobe Acrobat and Reader crash when printing FileOpen-protected documents.
  • Improved installer.
  • New uninstaller process.
  • Additional bug fixes and enhancements.

This update replaces the Mac Client 0967 release from November 2015.

FileOpen Client 0973 is compatible with Adobe Reader/Acrobat versions 10 through DC and compatible with operating system versions OS X 10.9 through macOS 10.12. For systems running non-compatible versions of Adobe Reader/Acrobat or OS X, version 0958 is delivered. We recommend that you encourage users to upgrade to the 0973 client.
