All development and customization is performed by the FileOpen team, including our core product engineers. Where possible, we try to structure custom development to fit with features already on our product roadmap, in order to spread costs and ensure subsequent technical support and enhancement.
Launch
Our team is hands-on and responsive when you are ready to launch. Customized implementations are tested internally then exposed for Alpha and Beta testing before release. Running systems are monitored and maintained under SLAs. Updates and patching can be performed without downtime.
